We sincerely hope that you like & enjoy your sample/design/order,but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. So we request you to feel free to discusses entirely about your design/sample/order before we start working on your project   Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns/refund. 

“Since all samples, orders are customized as per individual client’s needs & requirement, that involve lots of efforts & sourcing of raw material particularly for that design/sample/order. So, once the order is confirmed and payment is made we can NOT process refund/return or cancellation request.”

Changes 

If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact us by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email/ WhatsApp.
