PAYMENT OPTIONS & TERMS

 

·        All international Credit & Debit card transactions are processed in US Dollars ($) only.

·        We currently accept international Visa & MasterCard only.

·     We also accept Bank Transfer & Wire Transfer (T.T.) in currencies as preferred by your bank (Banking details will be provided with the Proforma-Invoice).

·       100% Advance payment to process single Piece/Model/Design order.

·       For more than one Piece/Model/Design, sample order & bulk orders, 50% as advance and remaining 50% on completion of order. This will be updated by email/   WhatsApp number registered with us.

 

Order Processing

 

·         On successful finalization of design, model, size material description & price, a Proforma- invoice will be shared through email/ WhatsApp /SMS registered with us.

·         Payment against the Proforma-invoice will be considered as the acceptance of all the terms and conditions & confirmation of the order,

·    On the realization of payment, an order confirmation is shared by e-mail/ WhatsApp to the customer’s registered email address or WhatsApp number.

Where we ship

 

·         We ship only to physical shipping addresses worldwide. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO addresses.

 

How we ship

 

·         Orders may not be shipped to multiple locations.

·     Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed,   cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address.

·         Leelavastram do not hold any responsibility of shipping company Charges & delivery service.

·     Ready Samples & orders can be shipped by YOUR preferred Logistic Service Provider/Courier Company (if any) or by Logistic   Service Provider/Courier Company companies associated with Leelavastram.

 

 When we Ship

 

·      All our products are custom-crafted, heavily hand embroidered as per order. Please allow minimum of 30-45 days for us to make it and handover to shipping company/courier.

·       Some exceptions to this include, actual making time as per individual design will be communicated once the design & order is confirmed.

·       Order will be processed after realization of payment.

·      Please note that while orders typically arrive in as above, occasional delays in the international shipping process do occur and we do try our best to keep you informed in such cases.

 

 

SHIPPING TERMS & COST

 

·      All Leelavastram apparel is custom-made by hand at our production facility in India before being shipped to you. Since we don’t advance produce or store our clothing, there may be additional customs or duty fees associated with your order beyond the actual shipping cost for your items.

·        Leelavastram do not hold any responsibility for custom duty & charges occurs in your country.

·        Shipping will be charged as actual.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

·         All Disputes are subject to AGRA (INDIA) Jurisdiction only.
